One of my very few reviews ever. This team ensured we were back on the road as soon as possible on our trip across country. Provided hospitality by ensuring we were fed, transportation to and from our hotel and rapidly getting our vehicle up and running as soon as possible. Highly recommend supporting this local family business.

I get all of all my automotive work done here. First, it’s a veteran-owned business, which I really appreciate. Second, their prices are excellent. Finally, this morning, after a cold snap, I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and had multiple dashboard lights on—low tire pressure, low windshield washer fluid, and due for service. When I picked it up, everything was taken care of. The fluids were topped off, the tires were aired up, and the vehicle was running perfectly with no issues. The owners are amazing people, and the service is consistently outstanding. This place is truly a hidden gem in our community, and I highly recommend supporting them with your business.

Super amazing people to work with! I recently moved here. I first took my truck to accurate auto because google said they were one of the best in the area. But I had such a bad experience with them. They lied to me about several things and cost me thousands of dollars. They ended up breaking more than they fixed. Went in with no check engine light on to leave with it not going off. So I took my truck to birch street auto for a second opinion. Which I am so happy I did! They were so upfront and honest with me from the beginning. They were actually able to tell me that the parts the other place put in were faulty and they also helped me through how to go about that and get that resolved. They fixed my truck in a timely matter and even took the time to look it over throughly to make sure nothing else was wrong. My mom just passed away and things have been so hard. And this place took so much weight off my shoulders without even knowing it! My truck was at accurate auto for over a month. Or should I say inaccurate auto. And this place I was in and out in a couple days. They are angels in disguise to me! Will forever recommend!

After being referred to this shop, Kendra listened to our situation and concerns with the vehicle. She worked hard to beat other quotes we got to save us money and keeping parts local. They were able to get us in right away and the work was done in a timely manner. We appreciate them so much, and they definitely have earned our business going forward. Thank you Birch St Auto! Your compassion and care to make sure your customers drive safe vehicles shows.
